Terms of service

Planlot is provided by Planlot ApS, CVR 44171945, Roshagevej 21, 2720 Vanløse. These terms apply between us and the business that holds the account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what is done under your account. Accounts are per person and must not be shared.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Planlot. We process it to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

Prices are stated excluding VAT.

Planlot is free during the beta. Paid plans and their terms will be announced before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

We aim to keep Planlot available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. There is no service level agreement (SLA) during the beta.

Either side may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. During the notice period you can export your data. Within 30 days after the agreement ends, the business’s data is deleted.

If Planlot ApS stops operating, including in the event of bankruptcy, we will make sure every customer can download their data before the service is shut down.

Planlot is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, while it is in beta.

To the extent permitted by Danish law, Planlot ApS is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including loss of data, profit or working time. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as for gross negligence or intent.

These terms are governed by Danish law, with venue in Copenhagen, Denmark.
