Delete your Planlot account

• Sign in to Planlot on the web, Android or iOS.
• Open Settings → My account.
• Under Account deletion, choose Request account deletion and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, or no longer have the app, email support@planlot.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We handle the request within one month.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on every device. After 30 days it is permanently anonymised. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion.

• Your name, email address and phone number are replaced.
• Your profile picture, notification settings and device registrations are deleted.
• Your name is removed from activity history.

Work you did for a business, such as tasks, reviews and comments, belongs to that business and stays with it, attributed to a deleted user. Error reports are kept for up to 90 days. To have a whole business and its data deleted, the business can write to support@planlot.com. See the privacy policy for details.
